Presently the panel consisting of the following Independent External Monitors (IEMs) has been appointed by AGL, in terms of Integrity Pact (IP) which forms part of AGL Tenders / Contracts.

This panel is authorized to examine and consider all references made to tenders covered under the Integrity Pact (IP). In case of any dispute(s) or complaint(s) pertaining to these tenders, the bidder(s) may raise the issue either with the designated tender issuing officer or the Nodal Officer (presently Head (C&P), Email: varender.sharma@aglonline.net at AGL), or directly with the IEMs on the panel.”
